From the author: "The night is an ideal opportunity for 'empty time,' without which one cannot enter into a state of solitude, and without this a rich inner dialogue - a conversation with oneself - is impossible. Engaging in a lot of social media out of fear of empty time, but not being able to connect with ourselves, we simply get distracted by smartphones and go into a state of isolation. It cannot relieve us of the emptiness and sadness of loneliness, because the inner emptiness is not the result of a lack of connection with people, but of a lack of contact with oneself.
