Producer and DJ with a vast repertoire of electronic music going back to 2000, Maxime Tanguay, aka Bleupulp, flirts with many genres ranging from ambient to techno. He self-describes his music as experimental, abstract, profound and colourful. Enthused by the emergence of net labels, in 2005 (with help of friends Jean-Denis Theriault and Eric Beaurivage) Tanguay founded his own, Pertin-nce.ca, and since then the label remained active up to this day, releasing underground electronic music on a regular basis. Maxime released music on various labels such as Bleepsequence, CCCLTD, Miniatura & Monokrak to name a few.
