Málverk is a canvas painted with sound, each note a brushstroke across an unseen sky. It is music that speaks in colours, weaving landscapes of memory and dream without a single word.

The album's six tracks transform sound and emotion into vast, open vistas. The music of Málverk is inspired by the unlikely combination of the majestic landscapes of Iceland and the futuristic visions of 1970s space art. The 13-minute closing suite, Stellaris, is an homage to the work of space artist David A. Hardy.
