Paranoid (Imaginary Themes)

Paranoid (Imaginary Themes) is a series of soundtracks inspired by the various shoot-em-up video games I created on my Commodore Amiga in the early 90s. I always imagined what kind of music these games would have had, and over 30 years later, here it is.

Influenced by many classic arcade games, the styles range from energetic to darkly atmospheric, with twists and turns along the way as the music evolves through different worlds, much like the level changes we enjoy in video games.

This series of original, imaginative themes and their origins should be of interest to retrogamers, game music fans, indie game developers, fans of classic games such as R-Type, Xenon II, Menace, Apidya, Turrican, Blood Money or anybody who enjoyed using the Shoot-em-Up Construction Kit software as much as I did back in the day.
