Stefanosis had his first success in reggae music under the name "Sayan", when he produced the first album for Humble Soul from Hawaii, playing bass and keys for all the songs. That was three decades ago. Stefanosis continues to perfect his musical craft, specializing in instrumental dubplates, melodica, and playing reggae bass for a couple live, local bands in his area. Stefanosis also has several released through Dubophonic records based in Corsica.
