Ajattomien luo

Ajattomien luo is the second album from the Post-Black Metal project Syöjätär. It's a literal refinement of the sound, with more exploration of the guitar tones used, harder rhythms, more varied structures and longer songs. The album was birthed from a desire to see how a synthesis of modern metal aesthetics could be fused with atmospheric black metal elements. The lyrics take a deeper dive into folk poetry, with the final song being a re-interpretation of an older Finnish poem.
