The Karma project is the latest chapter in the career of electronic musician Arch Campbell from Edinburgh UK. The original concept came about while he was attending Edinburgh College studying Sound Production. As part of the course syllabus, a gig was arranged to showcase students sound production skills. A gig was arranged for April 2020 at the Leith Depot venue in Edinburgh. Unfortunately the Covid pandemic hit and the gig was cancelled. Rather than scrap the project, Arch decided to start a YouTube channel as an outlet for his tunes. The channel can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/@karma133 The album came about as a result of new material created for the YouTube channel.
A brief history. Arch started producing in the early Noughties with releases featured on peoplesound.com and Drum and Bass Arena (https://breakbeat.co.uk/)
He released the album “Climate Change” in 2007 on Alex Tronic Records under the name “Pockets of Resistance”.
