• TRIBAL SPIRIT starts out with slow, hypnotic percussions, evolving and building up until it peaks at the very end.
• FROZEN PATH stands out as highlight of the release with its prominent midrange stabs that laid foundations for the whole track to be built upon, together with dramatic female vocals reverberating behind the synths.
• MUTAGEN TANKS has noticeably increased tempo and introduces different approach to basses - periodic, loud screeches tearing through entire frequency spectrum in between sharp, driving drums.

• SHAMAN is a gritty piece of work inspired by the sounds of No U-Turn, Renegade Hardware, Technical Itch, and the “calling” process endured by shamans during their initiation.
• BULLET sounds like a fierce chase through dimly lit backstreets in a futuristic metropolis.
• EKIBYŌ is Japanese word that translates directly to "plague" or "pestilence". A fitting name to portray the menacing atmosphere with throbbing bassline and steppy drums accompanied by faint, detuned samples of real life instruments.
• REALISE focuses primarily on the short midrange bass sweeps and minimalistic approach, sparingly adding new elements to the arrangement.
• SYNTHETIC FLESH is a fast-paced percussion driven two-step piece, inspired by a little known electro track with same title.

A collaboration album between two like-minded artists as well as first apperance of Evasion on the label. This release focuses on exploring world of breakbeats together without emphasizing any particular style.

• FEARMONGER opens the album with unfriendly, almost industrial mood, surrounding the listener with high-pitched reese basses and hard-hitting two step rhythm.
• BILATERAL NARRATIVE is amen tearout track we wanted to have as a highlight of the release. The roaring, distorted synths, constant switches and the drum edits capture unstable, oppressive feeling and fear of unknown.
• STATE MACHINE - a raw techstep style tune with dominant, progressive arpeggio being the focal point of entire arrangement, titled after a programming term. Out of all tracks on the album, this one took us the most time to finish.
• MATHEMATICS has surgically precise, complex drums, similar to Photek's signature style. It's our way of showing appreciation of the pioneers of the genre and its past.
• SPECTRAL DISPOSITION is eclectic, 110 BPM breaks piece which showcases Evasion's mastery at production and cutting breakbeats.
• BLEEDING THROUGH smoothly transitions to the second half of the album. An exotic track mixing multiple middle-eastern based samples into a vibrant melange.
• COMPUTER TALK REMIX, originally a jungle freebie made by Evasion gets rebuilt from the ground up with more straightforward structure and darker mood.
• KYBALION REMIX is a fresh take on a track from the Offish's Resilience album. Faithful to the original, embraces its core elements and remakes it into a groovy two-step piece.
• SKY MAPS brings refreshing bright pads paired with vibrant, airy atmospheres. The drums juggle between various different patterns all the time, creating an abstract, nuanced track.
• BEYOND YOURSELF is a soothing triphop piece completly contrasting with the album’s intro. The serene, mellow atmosphere releases all the tension which was building up throughout the rest of the tracks.

Offish's fourth solo album, focusing primarily on leaving comfort zone and trying out different genres.

• BLEAK DAWN is actually the first track I made for this release. I was aiming to create something in the vein of intro from "Garden Of Eyes" album using more acoustic instruments and adding more swing to the drums.
• DESTINED TO FALL is my most complex project so far. Instantly recognizable thanks to acid arpeggios and three distinct drops with shifting moods, each one with different drums and rhythms.
• CULTIST VIP - a fresh take on my piece from 2019, much more raw and aggressive compared to rest of the tunes here. The VIP version of other track from same release - "Vile", was featured on my previous album.
• ANJANATH borrows its name from Monster Hunter franchise. The unusual and hypnotic pace makes it feel almost like a techno track. A soundtrack to solitary, unfriendly place.
• STILL LIFE shifts the tone to more melancholic side and keeps it through entire length. It stands out among other tracks with rich palette of pads and progressive, evolving drums.
• REGRESSION carries sorrow from previous track while serving as transition into next segment of the release.
• SOURCE OF MENACE is characterized by wide, lush synths playing in the intro and bridge between drops. The track focuses on intense barrage of techstep drums, accompanied by retro rave stabs. Short and straight to the point.
• FLOODWATERS slows down to 140 BPM and explores the world of dubstep. With this track, I show my appreciation to one of the genres that inspired me the most.
• BROKEN BONDS is bright and relaxing piece meant to contrast with rest of the album. I took inspiration from various atmospheric jungle releases and sprinkled this project with a bit more melodic content than I usually do.
• WOUNDING WORDS - another trip-hop piece and a continuation of the moody concept from the intro, utilizing slightly different set of instruments.

"Garden Of Eyes" is another massive leap on Offish's musical journey. Once again, he takes plunge into darker and more harsh territory but balances the emotions with more atmospheric tracks.

• PAREIDOLIA is the tendency to perceive a specific, often meaningful image in a random or ambiguous visual pattern. The vocal sample comes from Neuromancer audiobook originally written by William Gibson.
• GARDEN OF EYES is the highlight of this album, a nudge towards dark drum & bass from early 00s. It's characterised by constant jungle-esque break switches, one of my most favourite techniques.
• GLASS SHANK delves in the realm of carefully layered halftime drums and continuous evolution of the rhythm - aided by rich ambiance sampled from various sources and hazy muted guitar progressions.
• IRREVERSIBLE is my second delve in jungle genre on the album, even more broken with sharper midrange basses all over the place and sudden switchups.
• TEETH NECKLACE is my attempt to capture feeling of getting lost in a dense rainforest in a short, vivid piece of music. The vocal sample comes from Solaris audiobook, originally written by Stanisław Lem.
• VILE VIP - originally released in 2019 on KRYTIKA Productions, I consider this track one of my most succesful - it played the key role in finding my own sound.
• OUT OF BOUNDS - glitched breaks meet vibrant, diverse percussion rhythms - overall, the track refines my signature style many of you came here for.
• NOCTURNAL VIP - rearranged version of track I released on Soul Ex Machina's compilation last year. I wanted to give it more spotlight with denser, more accented drums and bassline as well as a refined mixdown.

Stigma

"Stigma" is the direct follow-up to Offish's previous album, "Resilience", produced in rather short and intense timeframe. Most of the tracks are noticeably deeper and more toned down.

• ORMUS is a fictitious group of substances exhibiting many miraculous properties, such as healing powers and superconductivity at room temperature. This is a short, two-minute skit serving as an opening to the album, slightly below 170 BPM.
• STIGMA is a mark of disgrace associated with a particular circumstance, quality, or person. The title track with a distinct melodic progression in the middle. This production is a mix of many different ideas and concepts surrounded by unique aura.
• SAVANT is characterized by strong dub music influence. It's filled to the brim with spring reverb, filtered percussions, and delayed bits flying all over the place - my personal favorite.
• TULPA - a concept in mysticism and the paranormal of a being or object which is created through spiritual or mental powers. The most ferocious track on the album, especially after the second drop. It uses the classic Landlord stab sample to add more flavor.
• TIME OF WEAKNESS instantly hits the listener with a thick, claustrophobic atmosphere paired with low, warm basslines and keeps mercilessly pushing forward without looking behind.
• GEMATRIA is an Assyro-Babylonian-Greek system of alphanumeric code or cipher that was later adopted into Jewish culture.
• SUNKEN CITIES consists of a one, long drop that becomes more complex and jungle-esque as the track progresses.
• BLACK AIR simply refines my usual style - main kick-based pattern with A-B breakbeat sections on top paired with menacing atmosphere and deep sub.
• PROMISE TO KEEP is a small homage to older drum & bass. I used a lot of ethnic instruments to support the mechanical, 2-step driven rhythm. The main melodic progression has been created by pitching and filtering tonal percussions.
• ILLUSION OF CHOICE - an ending ambient piece that closes the album.

What initially was just a collection of rejected demos laying on Offish's hard drive, became his first album that laid groundwork for his style - focusing on broken halftime rhythms paired with eerie and dark atmospheres. Great recommendation for someone looking for something original, out of the box.
• SORCERY KILLINGS features wooden foley samples I recorded myself. It peaks in the second drop where the classic Mutant break kicks in and glues everything together.
• KYBALION is named after the 1908 book about ancient hermeticism. The main focus of the track is tribal percussion rhythm with a dose of spring reverb (don't confuse with regular reverb) - just because I don't hear this effect too often in drum & bass.
• BLOODTHIRST slows down to 165 BPM and its bassline stands out from the rest of the tunes here. It's the earliest track on the release as well. The track is inspired by Bloodthirster demons from the Warhammer universe.
• VOLTAN inherits the name of the Maya god of earth and drums. The breakbeats in this one are particularly ferocious (hence the name) and switch every few bars.
• RESILIENCE is a nod towards the technoid dnb style from 2005-2010 which I remember fondly. It borrows the exact rhythm that was very common for that kind of tracks.
• MISGUIDED drops below 170 BPM as well. It has the most twisted (and also hardest to follow) drum work of all the tracks on this release. The voice sample you can hear in the transition between drops is taken from the Russian animation series, "Mr Freeman".
• VALLEY OF TEARS is driven by strongly defined kick patterns and less frequent usage of snares for most of the time. It's named after the song from Lineage soundtrack that I sampled in the intro.
• HAMSA, the outro track is named after palm-shaped amulets depicting the open right hand, an image recognized and used as a sign of protection - which you will need, especially in current times.

• KYBALION is named after the 1908 book about ancient hermeticism. The main focus of the track is tribal percussion rhythm with a dose of spring reverb (don't confuse with regular reverb) - just because I don't hear this effect too often in drum &amp; bass.
• BLOODTHIRST slows down to 165 BPM and its bassline stands out from the rest of the tunes here. It's the earliest track on the release as well. The track is inspired by Bloodthirster demons from the Warhammer universe.
• VOLTAN inherits the name of the Maya god of earth and drums. The breakbeats in this one are particularly ferocious (hence the name) and switch every few bars.
• RESILIENCE is a nod towards the technoid dnb style from 2005-2010 which I remember fondly. It borrows the exact rhythm that was very common for that kind of tracks.
• MISGUIDED drops below 170 BPM as well. It has the most twisted (and also hardest to follow) drum work of all the tracks on this release. The voice sample you can hear in the transition between drops is taken from the Russian animation series, "Mr Freeman".
• VALLEY OF TEARS is driven by strongly defined kick patterns and less frequent usage of snares for most of the time. It's named after the song from Lineage soundtrack that I sampled in the intro.
• HAMSA, the outro track is named after palm-shaped amulets depicting the open right hand, an image recognized and used as a sign of protection - which you will need, especially in current times.
