This is version one of a song created from an excerpt of my short story "Office Romance" which I submitted to Reedsy.com Contest #50 (July 2020) in response to the prompt: "Write a story about a proposal." The short story features members of The Shenganiguns - a dysfunctional rock band from near-future Kenya.
